"We were in town for a family event and spent two nights at Sure Hotel by Best Western Hilden-Duesseldorf. We had a great stay! The hotel is located near the quaint downtown area. We caught the S-Bahn to Düsseldorf from Hilden Süd which was about a 15 min walk. Check-in was quick and easy and the hotel staff was very friendly. "I was working in Europe for 6 nights moving around so i had to book a hotel each place i stopped. This place by far was the best. Friendly kind staff, especially Lucas. During covid its tricky to know where to stay and what services would be reduced. Lucas was our guy, he does everything and boy can he cook up a mean stake !
