"I was working in Europe for 6 nights moving around so i had to book a hotel each place i stopped. This place by far was the best. Friendly kind staff, especially Lucas. During covid its tricky to know where to stay and what services would be reduced. Lucas was our guy, he does everything and boy can he cook up a mean stake ! This place is accommodating, relaxed staff (who definitely go the extra mile) easy to park anf with great facilities. Im so proud to recommend this place to anyone as i too...

"Terrific hotel! My daughter and I have stayed here several times and would never consider staying elsewhere when in Dusseldorf. The amenities are top notch-from the beautiful living room to the well appointed rooms stocked with complementary drinks and snacks to the gorgeous pool and excellent fitness center. The personal assistant staff is first rate, patiently answering a myriad of questions about train schedules and restaurant recommendations. "
