My suitcase was lost and transferred to me the next day so the staff had toothbrush and shaving equipment for me. My only issue was opening the shower very difficult and hard I almost couldn’t take a shower, I was gonna take a bath and I couldn’t the water kept going it didn’t stay . "The staff were helpful and kind. The room was small but fit our needs. It's not good for three adults, but maybe two adults and young kids. Breakfast was okay. The only issue was the shower drained poorly. I Informed the front desk, but it wasn't taken care of before we left. It was a great experience. The bar in the lobby was a great way to meet people from around the world. "

"I stayed again at Leonardo Hotel close to DUS airport and I was not disappointed. The staff at the reception was very friendly. I got a nice quiet room where I found complimentary delicious macarons. I will come again for sure. "

"The hotel is in good condition. I like the sauna. It was great as I arrived late after a long drive and needed to relax. The restaurant is excellent and the waiters were fantastic. The only bad experience was the blond girl (I forgot her name) at the reception, she provided a very poor service and was not qualified to work at the reception and definitely need to have training to learn how to provide a great customer service. "

"This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and the service is always flawless. A special thank you to the receptionist (I think his name is Punak) for his kindness when I needed it most following a long flight and a cancellation to my connecting flight, I really appreciate it. The only recommendation I would make is to add international channels as the TV is only in German - for an International hotel by the airport, it woukd benefit many others."

"The Niu is conveniently close to DUS. It cost 17 Euros to get there by taxi from the airport. Check-in was quick and easy, although be aware that you need to pay a city fee separately from the cost of the hotel room. The person tending the bar was very friendly and spoke perfect German and English. Flammkuchen and goulash are available 24/7, so no need to go hungry. While somewhat spartan, rooms were clean, interestingly decorated, and provided some information about visiting Düsseldorf. The built-in Bluetooth speaker was a fun perk. Breakfast was a typical satisfying European buffet with lots of options. "
