"No issues with the property but had to ask for coffees and milk for the room as they werent replenished daily.Area near the hotel didnt inspire confidence at night but had no issues during our 4 nights there.Not the cleanest German city and we have been to a few but still enjoyed our time there."

"Excellent location and great attention to detail from exceptionally friendly staff, especially Alicia. Hard to fault, lacks air con so may be an issue in heatwave but windows fully open. Discounted parking is an example of the hotel’s intention to please guests. Little things like printed weather forecast inside lift is another example."

"Very nice hotel, 10 min walk frim train station and 15-20 min walk to the old town. Only thing I had a problem with was the low illumination in the hallways and the room. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the keyhole to open tge door."

"This hotel was better than I expected. Did not have any noise issues since my room was facing the back instead of the front where the tram runs. Room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was good too. Staff was friendly too despite past reviews - maybe I was friendly to them so they were friendly to me. Great location as both trains and buses just steps away as well as grocery store."
