The amenities are top notch-from the beautiful living room to the well appointed rooms stocked with complementary drinks and snacks to the gorgeous pool and excellent fitness center. The personal assistant staff is first rate, patiently answering a myriad of questions about train schedules and restaurant recommendations. "

"We were first given the Souterrain room no. 41 which had some water pipes running through the room making it sound like water was running straight through the room whenever somebody flushed or showered. Upon complaining we were given room 43 which was much quieter and had a better layout. We we also told that for an extra 10€ we would have got a larger room with king size bed.
