"I am giving four stars because the pool water was cold and the in room dining food was below expectations for a place like this. However i had a great spa experience, the room was very quiet, and i cant speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had a local errand to run that i just mentioned offhand to make polite chit chat, and i was offered the use of their hotel driver/car, which was unexpected and amazing. If they fixed the 2 itemsni mentioned id give it 5...

"The room was great. Perfect location for our trip. Close to family and all the things we planned on doing that week. The service was top notch. We came to drop off our bags early as our flight arrived very early and they gave us a free early check-in so we were able to nap before seeing friends. Our flight back was very late and they held our bags for many hours after check out. 10/10 would recommend and will be our go to hotel when we go to New York going forward."

"You can text the front desk at any time and speak with a real human. Loved it! Used it multiple times. My travel companion left a family heirloom ring in the room by accident when we checked out. I texted when we realized while at the airport. The staff quickly went to the room and found the ring, then mailed it to his address. Above and beyond service!"

"Moxy hotels hit the spot for me, whenever possible I chose them. This was my first stay in NYC and I’m going back for sure. Comfortable, easy to reach other tourist attractions, walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, credits on arrival are added to your room which can be used daily at the bar (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) or part of breakfast options (not a cooked breakfast to add but very handy).
