"Our stay at the Hilton Naples was wonderful. Having Shula's steakhouse serving Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner on the premises is wonderful. The service and workers were exceptional and super accommodating. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but some minor maintenance issues could be improved; however, they did not affect our comfort level in any way. We will probably stay there again on our next trip to Florida's West Coast. The Beach is only 5 minutes away by car, and it's a fantastic spot. "

"Every staff member was kind and helpful. Always smiling. Rooms ready on time. We have stayed here several times and there's not a bad view at this resort! The pool and slide are great! The pool bar food is amazing!!!! The trolley to the beach is the best ever! The drivers are so fun too! The best of all worlds here, sun, sea, sand, super clean pool! "

"We couldn’t stay our first night because we weren’t told that you had to check in before 7 pm. Yes, it was in fine print on the website but booking thru Expedia was the problem. Somehow, customers need to be notified of this in bold CAPITAL LETTERS print since it is not a normal expectation OR REQUIREMENT. We arrived after 7 pm and had to go pay to stay somewhere else which was frustrating and expensive. OTHERWISE, we loved the place "
