"Very relaxing and condo has everything you need. Wagon helps take everything to the ocean has umbrellas and beach toys. The pool is warm. Fort Myers Beach is still under construction. They’re working on bringing the sand back."

"Very Cozy and very nice furnishings. Rather than a small welcoming packet that gets you through a few days, owner provide pretty much everything needed for my month-long stay. Since elevator wasn't working, hostess also provided help with luggage...which is a big help for 4th floor unit. "

"This unit is lovely and so beautifully decorated. It had everything you could need. We enjoyed the view and the porch most of all. We did see dolphins, manatee, and so many kinds of birds. The morning was especially peaceful outside and amazing sunrises. The unit has two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and a fishing pole! We used some of these on a day to the Lovers Key State Park. A note on the property - one of the elevators was broken. The pool is nice but can get loud with...

"This was a great homebase for our family to explore Sanibel! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, new gas grills by the pool and a ton of beach supplies in the closet! The description really didn’t do it justice! Bowmans Beach is not a far walk right from the condo— we had it almost to ourselves some late afternoons and in the morning it wasn’t crowded at all!
