"Could have been a little cleaner and check in staff was not welcoming, but my basic needs were met. The breakfast was good and well maintained. The airport transportation was excellent. We loved our driver Inga Chung. There are no restaurants in walking distance but we had food delivered via Uber Eats. "

"The pool was open and I had to go in for a dip at the end of December. Air temperature was in the low 80s and the pool was probably in the 60s. My only complaint was the hot water faded during the morning probably because of so many using it. Breakfast ends right at 9 so don't come in at 9:01 and expect to eat. They pull the milk and the bread right away. I also had to warm the butter packets in my hand while the waffles cooked because the butter was unspreadable being so cold and hard. It was...

"This was a very nice Best Western. The rooms were clean and well kept. The common areas were clean and nice. Breakfast had many attractive options. The gym equipment was mostly broken or worn out. Everything else was nice. "

"I enjoyed my stay but was looking specifically for an indoor pool and thats why I booked at this hotel. Sadly when I check-in I was told the pool was closed. Otherwise the room was really nice and the bed was comfortable "

"Comfortable room, just a little bit rough around the edges. It needs some attention, E.g the button for the elevator was broken on the 3rd floor meaning you'd have to take the stairs down or call reception. Breakfast was good. "
