"The hotel was in an excellent location. The entry, lobby stairways etc. had the look of a grand old hotel. However the rooms were very dated. The furniture was old, The. bathroom much smaller than expected. There were hardly any room amenities. The room had the feel of a 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. "

"It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. However there was an incident at the restaurant with our server who was very rude and feel require more training. This incident was investigated by the Manager Piere. He was very good and listened to our complaint and apologised. I will go again to this hotel as it is a lovely and comfortable place to visit Lourdes. "
