Henry from the front desk gave us an exceptional service. He patiently made sure that we got the room that suited us during or stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are courteous. The distance was a perfect walk to the sanctuary. I will recommend this hotel and will use it again.

Breakfast was excellent, location perfect for Lourdes Sanctuary Overall excellent service, really friendly staff would definitely stay again. One slight negative, superior rooms overlook the street so are noisy, deluxe rooms apparantly overlook park at the rear.

Perfect Location
A beautiful hotel in the busiest area of Lourdes but very tranquil when you came through the doors. Staff attentive but unobtrusive. A very relaxed atmosphere. A top location for visiting the Grotto- only a few min gentle walk. Would definitely stay again.

This Hotel is a great place to stay. This was the first time for us. Our room was nice, especially the bathroom, bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I want to call out the OUTSTANDING WORK OF ANABELLA (Manager during breakfast). She made us feel AT HOME and very well taken care off. Anabella, thanks for making a difference !!
