"From the free shuttle car service to the hotel, to the warm and professional service from the staff - this hotel is top notch. My room, number 36, did smell very strongly of fresh paint and the radiator in the bathroom had an extremely rusty pipe. The bed was very comfortable, no other windows looked in on my room, which I really liked. Breakfast was great, good choices. The hotel kindly stored my case whilst I explored the city more after checking out, I really appreciated this. I would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel vibe is FUN! Our room was comfortable, clean and colourful. We loved the little notes on the mirrors. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there so we didn't get to walk from the hotel as much as we wanted but we still appreciated how close the hotel was to many dining and shopping options. The entire environment from the rooms to the restaurant are welcoming and vibrant. The staff is exceptional at Mama Shelter Toulouse. Highly recommend for a budget conscious, super cool stay. "
