"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. I was so disappointed but the front desk staff was excellent and professional. I will never eat in that restaurant if I ever come back to Lourdes.Dr.Mike"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Best Western. The building didn’t look appealing from outside but the inside was beautifully decorated with chick furniture. Our room was one which was renovated - it was so comfortable and spacious. The location is also great - just across the train station and bus stop which services Lourdes. The sanctuary is about 1.5kms away. We were also given a late checkout for free. Overall a great hotel. Nothing to fault. Deserves to be upgraded to a 4star hotel. "
