"This is a nice condo in a quiet and peaceful complex. The unit is beautifully decorated and is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. If you like to cook your own meals, all the pots, pans, dishes, etc are provided, but you will need to bring your own spices. You’ll also need to bring your own coffee or K-cups. I would definitely choose to stay in this unit again. "

"When I booked, I had no clue the history of the building! I loved the decor throughout the halls and the entry way. The loft is decorated so cute. You have everything that you could need there at your fingertips. The property manager was amazing. He even told us a few close places to visit. So much to do downtown and so close to literally EVERTYTHING!When we go back to the Knoxville area, we will definitely be staying here again. "

"Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch.
