"We have stayed at Price Farm multiple times. It is very convenient to Neyland Stadium for football weekends. House is always clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the internet WIfi is really slow and would not be conducive for working remotely."

"The property was great for our stay. We had 3 couples and 2 singles stay in the house. The house lay out easily allowed for us to have 5 other folks over for dinner. Loved having 2 ovens! Embarrassed to admit that it took me a minute to find the silverware drawer at the end of the island! But TBH it worked great! Also enjoyed the pool table. We all enjoyed the homey atmosphere! "

"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "Spent our thanksgiving once again in Tennessee. Loved our rental - cute and cozy. We didn’t spend a ton of time there ( mostly to sleep) as I had a whole bunch of things booked - but communication was easy home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for offering your home to our family. "
