"Second time there. Beach location and proximity to town is fantastic. Pool is great. Need to update all of the appliances: the fridge, freezer, bbq, stove, dishwasher, wine fridge and sink all have issues and either need updating or needto be replaced.Outdoor plastic furniture by the beachis cracked or broken"

"This home is situated on a medium hill and is built up on the land so that your views of the ocean and surrounding area are stellar. The sounds of the waves are close and wonderful. However, this home is also one of the first homes built in an emerging "neighborhood" so future guests can almost be guaranteed to be met with fires from surrounding neighbors clearing the land as was our case or with inevitable construction sounds. "Jose Luis and Luz were amazing! Luz cooked delicious meals for us twice. The infinity pool over looking the ocean is incredible! The rental is not where it claims to be in the listing, it is much farther. I recommend having a car if you’re staying here. Some of the fixtures including the a/c in one of the rooms wasn’t working for our entire stay. "

"We arrived and were met by Mayra who was wonderful throughout our stay. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything was ready for us upon arrival. The pool was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids. It was clean and has great shallow areas and a nice raised platform bordering one side that our kids loved. The house came equipped with 2 folding lounge chairs that we could bring out to the pool which really made our days relaxing. The kitchen was missing a few key items...
