"Have been coming to Ixtapa for 25 years, just love it. Tried Bay View Grand Marina for the first time and it is by far our favorite. Calm and relaxing. Room was spacious, king bed was comfortable, 2 balcony areas to eat, play games, read a book on the lounger or take a nap, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies for eating/cooking, washer & dryer were helpful for washing beach towels and bath towels. Was nice to have a stove to cook breakfast and an oven to reheat leftover pizza from...

"Located at the end of a wonderful walking beach next to the Marina. Easy to visit Zihu with a combi van or taxi. Very well appointed property and relaxing pool. Marilyn was very quick at responding to any questions regarding the property or the area in general. I will be back."

"This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. Recommend spending the day at La Perla at La Ropa beach and taking...

"This property is amazing inside and the view outside. Great hosts who keep a well appointed unit. Weekly cleaning service provided. Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

"Absolutely loved the 3 bedroom condo!! The inside space is very spacious, perfect for a big family!! It’s a corner unit so 2 of the bedrooms have their own side balcony and the main bedroom with ensuite opens onto the front balcony. The front balcony is massive with a breathtaking views!! The pool and beach area are just wonderful!! I highly recommend this condo!!!! On a side note the complex has a lot of rules, but I guess that’s how it goes"

"Our stay at BVG Marina was wonderful. The pool and beach right there and this side of Ixtapa is quiet. Even with the holiday weekend it was not too busy. You can take the van to town for 12 pesos or walk in 15 minutes. Lots of restaurants close by and the people were great. "

"Zhanna the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo had a spectacular patio area that wrapped around the condo. Ocean views from most of the condo. Was well apportioned with everything you need whether you’re staying a week or month. BVG is a very beautiful building that is kept impeccably clean. It sits on the ocean with a beautiful two mile stretch of beach. The pool area is very nice with a staff to take care of your needs. A very enjoyable stay…"

"This was our second stay here. It is in a quiet hamlet with real Mexican people and their animals. The accommodations are new and well provisioned especially for folks like us who like cooking and eating at home, lovely small pool, on the ocean with a walking beach very near. The manager is very friendly and responds to needs immediately with a smile! Very clean and well kept throughout. A fabulous place! "
