Lupita our housekeeper was really sweet and efficient. Only downside (which we got used to) was lightning, tv reception and must have good knees to negotiate the stairs. Would definitely book again"

"This was our second stay here. It is in a quiet hamlet with real Mexican people and their animals. The accommodations are new and well provisioned especially for folks like us who like cooking and eating at home, lovely small pool, on the ocean with a walking beach very near. The manager is very friendly and responds to needs immediately with a smile! Very clean and well kept throughout. A fabulous place! "

"Villas Cononda was such a beautiful place to stay! The eco friendly architecture was gorgeous and I loved watching the clouds and stars in the skylight while in bed. The bed was so so comfy from the mattress to the soft bedding. I absolutely loved having afternoon naps in the hammock too. It was equipped with everything kitchen wise including filtered water. "4 couples just spent a week at this condo. Everything was beautiful....condo, pool, beach and staff all great. Great pool service too! "Owner Zafer and his wife were available at anytime if we needed anything or had questions. They made sure we were set and comfortable as soon as we got there, till our last day. The apartment is big and comfortable. We loved how comfortable and safe we felt. The store is only a couple minutes walking open 24 hours. It was quiet and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff there were very friendly."

"The unit was clean and comfortable The photos of the unit show a TV in the bedroom but it didn't work. The amenities show a DVD player but it was in a drawer not connected. One set of bed linens which had to be washed each week and put back on the bed and were showing signs of wear and had small holes. Some signs of neglect..screws missing on shower door and handle"
