"Our first time here since COVID, it was as nice as it had been previously. There had been some nice improvements in the decor and drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The only 2 observations of a negative nature, no half board allowance at the fish restaurant was a disappointment and the infrequent nature of the shuttle bus, given the fact the hotel is at the top of a hill."

"All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. "Lovely stay, just little pieces of communication not given to us at check-in which would have meant giving the full 5 starts, we were not advised about the room cleaning and fresh towels (additional charges) which we would have been absolutely fine with had we known at the start. Apart from the the staff could not have been more helpful the Hotel catered for my fathers needs as we needed an accessible room. Thank you for this as it made the stay enjoyable for everyone!!"
