"Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. The pools were all heated, even my husband used them and it does have to be warm for him to venture in! The resort is hilly but taxis were readily available and the bus service was easy and regular. We had a room overlooking the Hard Rock Hotel. Yes, there was music to be heard but it ended at 11pm and during the day we were barely in the room to hear it. Those rooms offered a side sea view even from the block furthest away. We would definitely return to the hotel. "

"We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service. The rooms a lovely, although old fashioned, but very clean and comfortable - excellent comfortable beds. Also terrific buffet breakfasts to be enjoyed alfresco and I’d recommend half board as the evening meal (also a buffet) is worth having. We will return! "

"Great hotel, two night stay before moving into a fabulous apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, alloed us to stay in the hotel room until the apartment was ready. Lovely restaurant and pool bar, again the staff wete great."

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
