"I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport. The gentleman on reception was friendly and welcoming when I arrived and didn't ask for the 150 euro deposit. I was given a map and shown how to access my apartment for the...

"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"I was a bit skeptical after looking at reviews. But this hotel is great, it is a bit of a hike down to town but its €7 in a taxi for 4 of us, not alot really, and kinda enjoyed being away from the madness.. i also rented a car which was handy also.. "

"These beautiful one bedroom apartments have panoramic views of Los Gigantes. They are well furnished with good sized terrace and very comfortable bedrooms and air conditioning in both the open plan kitchen lounge and the bedroom. I will definitely stay here again . "

"We had a really nice stay at Sol Sun Beach. Nice hotel, great apartment, friendly staff and very good location. The breakfast buffet was good The only down sides were, the Wi-Fi was weak or non existent in most spots so make sure you have plenty data. The fridge was old and our wee cockroach friend made a dash under the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge - glad we werent using it. We paid for a pool view and it was lovely however no access to pool from room, we had to exit at back of room and walk...

"This is my third visit to the property. There are major construction works under way for a major development and the sound and sights of a construction sight spoilt what would have been a stunning view. The property itself is starting to show signs of wear, for example the wardrobe draw unaligned . This may seem petty but it’s the small details that are important for a property of this calibre . "

"Booked the Royal Suite, amazing is the only word to describe it, its HUGE, clean and quiet. Only disappointment was the sea view from room balcony is obscured by a big billlboard (pic attached). Pool of the hotel is on the smaller side but thats fine as beach is a minutes walk. No parking infront of the hotel so if renting a car you would need to find street parking which can be a 5 to 10 min walk. Hotel is quiet despite being in a busy area. Did not try the breakfast so unable to comment. "

Amazing 5 day break

"All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They couldn't do enough for you, which makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless you cannot fault it. The rooms were spacious and bright. Cleaned daily with changed towels. All the Pools were amazing. The restaurant had a large choice of lovely food, it was also spacious and clean. The walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops was less a than 10 minute walk. We had a late flight home and check out is 12pm, we managed to keep our room until later on in the day which was at a reasonable cost of 35 euros. Public transport great the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Taxi to the hotel from the airport when we arrived was around 30 euros. Same amount going back on day of departure. We loved every minute of our stay there and we will definitely be back."

"Great relaxed hotel that serve breakfast until 11:30. Yoga and Pilates most days and Racquel was a great yoga teacher. Staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Free water fountains (you can also buy a reusable water bottle from the hotel) and a well equipped gym meant that we had an excellent week in the sun. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the hotel."

"Fabulous hotel.Have stayed here several times & will be staying again. Lots of restaurants great entertainment especially the piano bar. Goergeous complex with beautiful surroundings & has a gate leading you straight on to the beach.staff are fantastic nothing too much trouble. Stay here and you wont be disappointed."
