"Very quiet and relaxing hotel. The beach is near by and pretty secluded from the busy tiny town of bucerias. But very walkable area that does need to be cleaned a bit more. Rooms were very clean going in with the exception of sand on the floors. A mopping every cleanup day would be awesome. Will definitely be staying again when we visit Mexico. Also the staff and town speak a quite bit of English for the non Spanish speaking tourist."

"This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Bucerias! Villas Mi Mexico is a beautiful property that looks like a 1950s or 60s film set - the pool is so instagram friendly! My adult daughter and I had a great stay in one of the standard bedroom plus futon rooms. There is a large bathroom and a fully functioning kitchenette which really came in handy for making breakfasts. Villas Mi Mexico is as central as you can get - 3 minute walk to the beach, a 15 minute walk to the Centro and flea market. The set up is private and the building is very quiet. If you are noise sensitive, ask to have one of the units that face the zona Dorada - these units are away from all traffic noise. I am a light sleeper and heard nothing but wind in the trees all night. "

"We had a very good stay and would recommend staying here. The restaurant also has very good food and is priced well. "

"The property was clean and staff friendly but it is located across the highway which you had to cross to get to the beach/downtown which could be tricky at times as it tends to quite busy. My biggest “complaint” is that we were only issued 2 towels, no hand towels for the bathroom and no tea towel or dishcloth for the kitchen which renders it somewhat useless if you cannot even wipe up a spill on the counter. Also, there were no blankets and I know that it is Mexico but a light blanket would have been nice, the staff did give us an extra set of sheets to use though. We stayed 2 nights and so going out to buy a tea towel etc does not really make sense. There is a store and a couple of restaurants in the same complex so that is convenient. "

"It was a wonderful experience, we enjoyed a lot our stay. It's a paradise, the dry-rainforest around is full of wildlife and super exhuberant. Just be advised some activities they said are for everyone but in reality are only for kids and you'll waste time waiting in line."
