"Emplacement central en Toscane mais avec 1,7km de piste en grande montée. Vue magnifique et grande piscine mais avec l après-midi beaucoup de guêpes et d’abeilles… Dommage qu il n y a pas de climatisation surtout avec les grandes chaleurs que nous avons eu."

"Beschrijving van het huis is niet compleet: De woning ligt geheel op de eerste verdieping en het veel lager gelegen zwembad wordt gedeeld met vier andere zich op het terrein bevindende woningen. Wij konden steeds buiten onder de patio eten maar het was steeds een behoorlijk gesjouw met borden, etenswaar, etc. Het huis zelf is goed onderhouden, schoon en biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Kamers zijn ok behalve de eethoek, een merkwaardige donkere nis van 1,7 m breed waar een lange...

"A really nice house located on the top of the hill with a magnificent view all the way to Arezzo 21 kms away. Very well kept large garden. There are some additional buildings on the grounds which also are available for rent, but we had no neighbors during our stay. We actually thought the pool would be only for us, but if the other parts are rented, you will have to share the pool and the garden. Definitely a place we would like to return to."

"This property is situated up a very long stone lane. The lengthy journey up this steep hill is rewarded at the end with sensational views across the vine strewn valley with clear sight of Arrezzo in the distance. The house is perfectly appointed and the pool area is equally well situated to enjoy a few lazy hours. I have no issue recommending this property to anyone."

"Was bei diesem Objekt auf Grund der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war, dass es keine Privatsphäre im Freien gibt. Ein eigener Balkon oder Terrasse fehlt. Es sind weitere Häuser auf dem Grundstück, somit muss Garten und der Pool mit weiteren Partien geteilt werden. Und zuletzt ein Plus für alle Hundehalter; dass unsere geliebten Vierbeiner im Pool planschen dürfen, wird ausdrücklich geduldet."

"It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed. The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic. Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...
