"I usually stay in this hotel for business and it's my third time - I was a bit disappointed on this occasion as my room was smaller than usual and looked quite shabby with damage to the wall. Also disappointed that they've stopped the free drink in return for no housekeeping for eco reasons which was a nice touch. Still has a lovely menu, breakfast and atmosphere however. "

"We got off to a shaky start as the automated check in process was a but of a nightmare and the staff were all tied up with Sunday lunch. Following this however things picked up. The room was clean and had plenty of space and the property itself was in very good condition. Had an excellent carvery on arrival and breakfast was also really nice.
