This is a repeat visit. Staff are all geordies profess to be kind helpful and funny. Just love the area. We drove 315 miles to get here and worth it. On a negative note dont do their Sunday lunch its awful. Go and have fish and chips at Colemans

Demi on reception was excellent, treated us well and showed interest in what we did during the day. Mark behind bar was friendly and courteous. The hotel is tired looking it looks better on the website but competitively priced. Having said that i would stay again because of the lovely staff

Best value accommodation.
The hotel is very well situated for a short summer break to visit family and friends, there was entertainment for everyone and over the weekend visitors to the area gave the place a real buzz. The staff were very friendly and went beyond their duties to care and look after us during our stay.

Sea Hotel stay.
A one night stay to visit family, the room was clean and comfortable with a view of the sea and fairground….. although at night it wasn’t noisy. We had a lovely breakfast included in the room rate too. If you’re looking for a nice hotel in a fantastic location this is the place to stay. Can highly recommended.

Although this hotel has been refurbished since my last visit, it was much brighter, but i was disappointed with the cheap, creaky beds....so uncomfortable. The decor was ok in room 213, but there were crumbling patches on the wall beside the window.....unsightly. The shower was decent with nice white towels. Food was good and reasonably priced. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.
