"I booked a one night stay due to a family members party. There were originally 3 people on my booking, unfortunately two of the people couldn't attend. My room was really spacious and clean, the receptionist and guy on the bar were very friendly and polite. Unfortunately due to a family emergency, i didn't end up staying overnight so can't comment on the beds eg comfort etc... I don't know where i stand regarding a refund (would be nice to receive one ), but regardless of that based on what i did experience i couldn't fault anything "
