"House is newer and very clean. The 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom is nice for 3 couples. Great showers in all the baths. The pool gets shade from the house in the afternoon. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has the basics for cooking. The great room could use another comfortable chair and a cushion on the wicker chair for more seating for 6 people. The surfaces are all hard in the great room and causes an echo that makes it hard to hear. Would definitely stay again. "

"Overall a great place - so clean and it must have been recently remodeled- so cute. It’s too bad the restaurant / bar near the pool was closed. I loved that there were beach chairs available as well. "

"We stayed in unit three, which is upstairs. This unit had a rooftop balcony with 360 views, it was just beautiful up there. Your balcony overlooks the water, where while sitting there you see manatee, Tarpon, and even an occasional shark. If you had a boat, you could tie it up right there. The tavern 3 Doors Down has great entertainment and is very good and reasonably priced food. The unit has everything you need and the owner is very responsive and helpful with any of your needs."

"This property is very clean. Nice community, everyone is very friendly. The pool within the complex is large, heated and was very nice. Good location in the heart of Marathon. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"Need a little get away, this place fit the bill. Nice efficiency type condo only a few steps to a small beach with a beautiful ocean view. Close to many nice restaurants. The weather wasn't perfect but managed a swim in the ocean and used the heated pool. Quiet condo complex. Since we only had a few days, the owner accepted a 5 day stay. Would definitely go again!!"
