"This property is very clean. Nice community, everyone is very friendly. The pool within the complex is large, heated and was very nice. Good location in the heart of Marathon. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. "

"Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!"

"Need a little get away, this place fit the bill. Nice efficiency type condo only a few steps to a small beach with a beautiful ocean view. Close to many nice restaurants. The weather wasn't perfect but managed a swim in the ocean and used the heated pool. Quiet condo complex. Since we only had a few days, the owner accepted a 5 day stay. Would definitely go again!!"

"Nice comfortable rental, as described not a swimming beach but great views over the Atlantic. Great mid Keys location. Owner responded to the few problems that we had. Nice birding right across the highway in some backwater ponds!"

"While somewhat clean it lacked plugs in the kitchen and none in the bathroom. Curtain in bath was trimmed with a pair of scissors and not hemmed. The .99 cent shower curtain had a hole in it. The toilet seat was hanging on by a thread and the toilet itself was on some sort of nasty platform. I have pics. All of things could be easily fixed. "
