"This was our 2nd time for visiting the Keys and this trip was more about fishing charters. The rental was convenient to local marinas and was nice having the jetty close to property. We did not vist the pool area. My only negative was the unit was outdated. I think the furniture and decor could be updated. But the price was good and im sure that factors in. Overall we had a good visit. Thank you"

"Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful."

"It’s exactly as advertised, the jetty is beautiful, plenty of mangroves and grunts to catch (occasionally a tarpon comes by). The view is breathtaking and worth waking up and staying to hang around for! As for location in the keys it is perfectly in the middle, you can go do the downtown barcrawl scene and it’s only an hourish away, Islamorada and key largo are also not crazy far either! The managers are very attentive and very on point about everything, over all a wonderful experience!"

"Our stay was wonderful. Location is perfect! Walking distance to local bar and grill with live music. Very short drive to beach and groceries. Overlooking the water and neighbors were all quiet. Laundry on site is a bonus we didn’t expect. Great communication."

"We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was...

"Porch faces the east in the afternoon, so cooler than a west-facing porch. Place stayed cool. Good tie-up area for the boat and good fish cleaning station. Very close by water for bait, fuel, and ice."
