"We often stay here before a flight. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a stay before a flight. No hairdryer or safe but a kettle for tea coffee. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food there is really nice and not priced too much. Great hotel"

"My first time I’d managed to get one of the “Freedom accessible” rooms and it was really spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent too "

"Was visiting a show at the NEC so stayed the night before. Travelled by train and the hotel is just a short walk from the station and well sign posted. You walk through the ser ice area of the NEC which you would think wrong if not for the clear signage. The hotel itself was clean and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfectly adequate with a nice ensuite shower room, no bath. I could hear people walking along the corridor but it did nor disturb me. Room was air conditioned and the temperature easily adjusted but no opening windows. Tea and coffee tray was fine but I did have a broken kettle lid which was a little dangerous, which I reported on checkout. Overall very happy and would stay there again."
