"I liked that it is an upmarket hotel. Everything you need for your stay. Lovely view over the harbour and could walk couple of minutes across. The staff were very friendy and couldnt do enough to help."

"Really good place, quiet and overall nice area"

"The hotel and staff were great. The bed was very comfortable but sleeping was difficult because the heating/cooling system is very loud. We ended up turning it off and being chilly to try and sleep. Also, most bothersome to me was the shower only gets warm at best. After sleeping poorly the last thing you want is a lukewarm shower to try and wake up. I called the front desk and they did offer to send someone to look at it, but pointless as it was close to check out time. We stayed New Year’s Eve, so the room price was quite expensive. Felt like we over paid for poor sleep and uncomfortable shower. Those are two of the main things you expect for comfort at a nice hotel."

"What a treat to stay at an historic property! Very comfortable suite-not by today’s standards, but that’s the point, right?! We loved the experience for both nights. With the ship docked, it was easy to hear the neighbors, so reminders should be provided about that. Sunday Brunch was fantastic as well. "

"My wife and I really like our stay, check in was fast and staff was friendly. Room was bigger than we anticipated, easy parking. We really liked the location right off the freeway too. The cherry on top was the free breakfast that was pretty good, saved us a lot of time before we checked in into our Cruise. "
