I called ahead and spoke with a hotel representative and asked if a late check in would be possible. They informed me that it would not be a problem and they would make a note of it. When I arrived at the hotel the person working the front desk told was rude at told me that I was a no show and there was no longer a reservation for me. I tried to explain to him that I had called ahead and made arrangements but he did not seem to care. After he told me to basically get lost I ended up having to sleep in my car. I will never spend a dollar at a Hilton hotel again.

Arrived at 7pm, room was not ready. We were given a voucher for a complimentary drink for the inconvenience but that was for the restaurant on the second floor, not the bar next to the lobby. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and that’s being kind. On the plus the staff was friendly

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Bathroom was dirty,toilet hardly flush. The entire room smells horrible like cigarettes.it was my worst experience ever, I can’t believe that is Hilton hotel. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.
