"Fun , creative living space. Very comfortable furnishings, sheets, towels etc. Amazing views!!. Easy to town. Very quiet. Suggestion... Would be nice if knives were sharpened (super, super dull!) and maybe put the welcome instructions & Wifi info on a table top so a little more obvious when entering the house. Took us a while to find on the side of fridge not facing out. Would certainly come again."

"This is not a hotel. It is a small cottage located in a quiet neighborhood that is a 5 minute walk into downtown. Rooms were larger than I expected, and the shower was good size. Well appointed. And you can't beat the view from the front porch of Mt Whitney."

"This is a small house a block off the main street in Lone Pine, which is a small town. Other than being right across the street from the fire house, it was quiet at night and quite private. Despite appearing old, it was exceptionally clean. Everything in the kitchen worked and there was a great assortment of utensils and cookware. My one suggestions is to bring a small nightlight. There's a step down from the bedroom to the utility room, then a stup up to the kitchen and bathroom. A night light would be helpful. I would stay here again to visit the incredible Alabama Hills."

"Very convenient to get to the Mt Whitney portal and plenty of food places around. The staff appear to be a family that live on the property so they’re very aware of security issues. I’d definitely stay there again and cheaper than other places. I’d only recommend taking a travel soap bar since they only give out those tiny ones and have not converted to liquid dispensers like some other motels/hotels."

"Great location. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. Freezing cold pool even though temperature had been 40 degrees in the day. Kids still swam and was refreshing."
