Lone Pine Gem
We had a great time in Lone Pine thanks to our stay. The neighborhood is really nice, it was super quiet and the view of the mountains is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our time in Lone Pine
Stayed 3 nights while in the area to hike Perfect location, close to hiking but just a short walk to Lone Pine’s Main Street House was spotless and well appointed. Very quiet street. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect place to stay near Mt Whitney
Absolutely perfect experience! Stayed here while in Lone Pine to climb Mt Whitney. Home was clean, quite, and in a perfect spot for views of Mt Whitney from the porch. I'd gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Lone Pine.

The place was clean as a whistle and comfortably appointed. Nice views of Eastern Sierra escarpment from the front porch. A cozy retreat in Lone Pine!

Great view of the mountains. It IS a mobile home, with interesting character. Heater is LOUD, and did not heat the front rooms well, but the bedroom had a toasty electric heater. We had a fun time enjoying the view from the porch. We had a good time. Lot’s to do!

I highly recommend!
This property is a gem. Clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable. I visited Lone Pine to hike Mount Whitney. I could sit on the front porch with a beautiful view of Whitney. The property had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Every morning (in addition to a view of the Eastern Sierra’s) I was entertained by hummingbirds feeding off the flowering shrubs nearby.

We didn’t realize that this was in a trailer park. The trailer was clean. However, it isn’t level so it seems like you are tilting to the side when you are inside of the trailer.

Lone Pine in November
Overall it was an OK but not great stay. In a brief phone call the owner acknowledged that the property needs a lot of work, scheduled for January. Pluses: very clean, new bathroom, convenient location for shopping, restaurants, great views of the Sierra/Mount Whitney. Minuses: its an older manufactured home with some quirky features, worn carpet and cabinets, doors sticking and one of us had to tighten up a door handle that was ready to fall off.

Annual Mt Whitney hike
This is not a hotel. It is a small cottage located in a quiet neighborhood that is a 5 minute walk into downtown. Rooms were larger than I expected, and the shower was good size. Well appointed. And you can't beat the view from the front porch of Mt Whitney.

Best view in the world!!!

Sehr gut eingerichtet und schön gelegen
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch die Matratzen sind gut. Im Außenbereich wäre ein etwas größerer Tisch praktisch. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Berg ist wirklich sehr schön.

Thanksgiving Trip
The view is spectacular! The home was extremely clean and modern. Can just walk into town to shop or eat. Spoke with the host on the day we arrived, and she was very prompt with responses. Had a great time and would love to book again!
