The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge, which came in handy during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with a few special requests, making us feel truly welcomed. The only minor issue was a slightly ripped chair in the room, but it was such a non-issue that it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, Mount Whitney Motel provides a great value-for-money experience with its cleanliness, location, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! "

"Stayed at this house to climb for a few days at Alabama Hills, which was like 10 minutes away. Super clean home. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed and futon were comfortable. Bedding was nice and cozy. On a quiet street, especially for a weekend. The owner was so nice and accommodating, even brought a new air mattress over for an extra person, along with an electric blanket to make sure we’d be warm. This will be my first choice for lodging every time I’m in Lone Pine. I highly recommend it. "
