"The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!) Appliances were beeping like crazy. We called the unit...

"Very clean property. Location central to a lot of activities and great restaurants. Grounds were well kept and clean. Plenty of towels, linens, toilet paper and paper towel. Washer and Dryer were an added bonus. Things to note: no dishwasher and the AC unit in the main living space does not work well. The bedroom units worked well. Showers were warm but didn’t get hot. No notes about Wifi password or any specific check out procedures. Property manager responded promptly when asked about...

"The place is in the poor section of puerto Rico however is near places that are quite close to us..the beach in within walking distance...our family had a great time"

"The facility was nice. Felt safe. Our unit didn’t provide many towels for the bathrooms and there was no broom which would have been helpful. Bedrooms were comfortable and the terrace was nice. We also enjoyed the animals around the property… cats, dogs and some roosters! "
