"Our group consisted of adult siblings in town for a family function. Everyone liked the accommodations and the decor. I stayed alone the first night and felt safe and secure in the home and the neighborhood. Never gave it a second thought. It was very quiet and clean inside and out in the community there.The snacks, as an extra touch, was very sweet and appreciated.The location was perfect to the airport and highways.And Wegmans! Don't get me started.A great time was had by all, we can't wait...

"My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. "Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. "

"We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it.
