"What excited us about this property was how close it was to the falls. It was only a few minutes drive to all of our points of intrest. Our first night we tried the hot tub, the cover was difficult to get on and off (because it looks as though someone previously can't respect someone else's property and climbed on top of the cover damaging it). the water didn't get as warm as we would have liked and the jets seemed weak. "Spices, hmmm there was only black pepper there, salt shaker was empty. Plenty of coffee, tea, and powdered creamer. Some cookware for the stovetop, no pan to reheat pizza in the oven. Safe neighborhood. We were able to walk the dog in the neighborhood and feel safe. The house is a little dated, some of the areas seem to need attention, but it was clean. "

"Our family stayed here in January and had the BEST vacation. The home is over 100 years old but great modern updates while still keeping an authentic feel. The hosts were fantastic about answering any of our questions within hours (usually minutes!!). The game room was a huge hit with everyone in the family. Great location!! "We had a great time this past weekend. It was my son's birthday and we all decided to come down from Canada to celebrate him at college. We had more than enough space for our group and enjoyed the large open concept of the home. We cooked, we drank, we had a hilarious time playing games, and enjoyed the video arcade game in one of the bedrooms. Thank you so much to the hosts for responding back so quickly to our questions!
