"Frank has a great little property close to a lot of the fishing areas we like to go to. The house is really quiet and peaceful but also close to main roads. It’s super spacious and always very clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Lawn games. Fire pit. Games and bumper pool etc. it’s a great hangout spot and can easily fit 4-5 guys for a fishing trip which is what we go for. Always a great stay, gonna book again for next year soon. "

"We loved the space and location of this property. Located very well to everything we wanted, near enough to grocery stores etc. Host was responsive when contacted. Plenty of room, well furnished. Our biggest challenge, and the reason we didn't give this 5 stars, was because of a pervasive smell of cigarettes in multiple bedrooms. One room was bad enough that we couldn't use it. When contacted, they did offer to being odor remover by, however we chose to use a different bedroom. The listing did...

"Overall, house was comfortable and had good amenities (appliances were convenient to have). Neighborhood was quiet. Location was great (close to everything). Host also charged a reasonable price for pets (we had a small dog with us). Highly recommend!"

"We stayed over spring break during a cold spat in Niagara. Easy to get to the falls and to Canada. One could walk to the falls if they desired. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for all 8 of our extended family. Game room on the top floor was a hit."

"This is one of the nicest rentals I have been in. It is super clean, well appointed and in a great location. Karen was amazing to work with and very responsive. There was a welcome treat, which was a very nice touch, and as I had read in another review.. the “Oops” basket filled with small things someone may have forgotten to pack was an incredible addition. I cannot say enough goods things about this prperty…. I HIGHLY recommend…. "
