Staff were fantastic, in particular Shanice who checked us in and answered all our questions about our short visit to the city, and was very friendly. "Our stay at Springkell was a highlight of our trip. The grounds are beautiful, the staff were amazing, and it was peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was also quite good. For people traveling from the US who are users of Google maps for directions, I suggest avoiding the Google maps directions to get to sprinkell. We were taken on a roundabout way that ended up with us on a very rudded gravel road as it was getting dark. We were there for only one day, and I wish that we could have stayed longer."

"This is a great hotel to stay with a dog. We could even have breakfast the the bar with dog. There is a small park/square a couple of streets away - 4 mins.( depending on speed) The staff are very friendly and the position is nice and central. Rob "
