"Lovely one night stay. Room was excellent. Enjoyed the piano man entertainment immensely in the Merlin bar. Nice relaxed space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needed more bar staff however, to prevent queues. Would get your dining reservations in early if planning to have evening meal, but casual dining in Merlin bar was good. "

Staff throughout the hotel were efficient and courteous. Breakfast was good, dinner even better. Add complimentary access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and the result is amazing value. Thoroughly recommended. "
