"Room was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant was excellent. Spa was fine, but could probably do with a bit of a makeover. Overall excellent and would definitely stay here again. "

"Llwyn Hendy may not be a common destination, if your travel takes you to near here, this place is lovely. Big, bright, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Biggest plus was the owner Steve and chef Marius. Both were welcoming, really friendly and made the experience excellent. Diolch"

"This hotel is closed so please dont book here, we arrived and it was shut down. However, Hotels.com sorted it out for us in the end and got us a different hotel instead. Am also hoping they remove the hotel from their site. Although we had to stay at 2 different hotels due to availability, I am always pleased with hotels.com customer service and happy but dissappinted because its the second time weve had an issue. "I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."
