The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed.

Comfortable pleasant stay.
A clean budget hotel with a very good breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming. Some restoration going on outside which did not adversly affect our stay. The 55 steps to our room was no problem to us but may affect other travellers. There is no lift.

Great position for beach areas and shopping etc. Friendly owner and staff who helped us with our luggage to and from top floor. Great quality breakfast with plenty of choices. Hotel is clean in all areas.

Loved the stay, bed was vey comfortable and plenty of hot water for a long bath. Breakfasts were very good and excellent service through out all the breakfasts.

The building is old and everytime anyone in the rooms above walked across the floor our ceiling lights creaked and made noise, a lot of the floorboards creaked loudly when you walked on them. We stayed for 4 nights and, even with the clean room sign on the door, we never received any fresh towels?

Shower needed attention in Room 9 and there were no handles on bath and it was slippery. Towels are usually matching in colours. Expected a room with sea view but it was a bit of a challenge to see the sea! Good breakfast although problem in getting the choice correct. Beware of extra hot plates. Hotel nice and clean and in a central location.

The hotel was close to the front and local sights. It was ideally suited for what we needed a comfortable bed and a good breakfast, just what we needed before and after a day of walking. It was a good full breakfast. The room was clean and you would really have to search to find dust. The only drawback was parking, but we found some around the corner which was free from 1600 till 0900. Parking aside I would definitely stay again and look forward to our next visit to the area
