"Beautiful on the inside, I didn't realize it was further out from the seawall and restaurants and other stores. The only thing I could say wrong is the Tvs did not work the first night and we weren't able to watch TV until late the next day after figuring out it was not plugged in correctly otherwise my family and I enjoyed the relaxation of just getting away. "We were in Galveston for Mardi Gras. The property is great, walk straight to the beach, nice views from the house. Pretty far down the island but quiet.The house itself is beautiful, but with a few problems. There are three bathrooms, but only 2 showers. One bathroom has only a tub. The downstairs master bath can be easily accessed from the main floor so guests don't have to go upstairs all the time.Be sure to ask for their "digital guidebook" BEFORE you leave home to see what they do/don't...

"We had a great stay! We much prefer the quiet, laid back atmosphere of the west side of the island. The neighborhood is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the gulf and bay side. However, it's close enough to visit The Strand or Pier during the day. "Great house. The key pad lock was tricky and had to try 2 to 3 times each time to make it lock or unlock. The key to the pool was missing so we weren't able to access the pool. Close to the beach, clean and comfortable. It was a nice vacation."

"I had a large group of 10 staying the night prior to a cruise out of Galveston the following morning. The house was PERFECT!! It was clean, comfortable, and so cute! We just wish the rainy, cold weather weren’t a factor as we would have loved to spend time out by the pool or the beautiful decks. The house was wonderful and our host was very quick to answer my questions. A wonderful experience!!"

"This property in no way exaggerated its comfort, proximity to the beach, or considerate owners. We came down for a quick birthday getaway with my husband and 14 month old and ended up arriving later than we thought due to traffic. We were exhausted by the time we came in the door, but to my surprise Leena had left us a Happy Birthday cake, which turned our night around.
