"The house offered all our group of 13 people and 3 dogs needed for a great Christmas reunion. We definitely had a great time. My only suggestion is to mention that the bedroom on the first floor doesn’t have connection with the inside, only using the outside stairs access. Thanks "

"Super spacious home on a beautiful canal. The house was a little worn down but it was what we needed for a quick getaway. We rented a gold cart and the beach was a quick drive away! Plenty of parking, we fished off the deck (with the correct fishing license), the balcony was super relaxing and peaceful."

"We had a great time. It is a wonderful time of year to rent a beach house. The weather was great. The beach house was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the beach. Pointe West Beach Club has a large pristine beach where no cars are allowed as well as many other amenities. The owners of our beach house were very accommodating, very detailed in house description and made check-in very easy. We look forward to returning."

"This property was not what we expected as the photos showed. The furniture is older and the beds downstairs very uncomfortable. The loft smelled as if it had water damage, and was unusable . Some of the doors need work, the ceiling was patched up badly in areas and poorly painted over. There is no dining room or tables to eat on. On a positive note the renters response was quick. Getting in to the property was very easy and their is lots of parking at a reasonable price . Management also...

"We were looking for a quick weekend before Christmas just to get away with our grown kids and have a little family time. This property was perfect with four bedrooms and three baths, a large living area, and lots of outdoor space.
