Could use a little TLC Washing the picture windows to see the water view and several relatively minor maintenance issues would have upgraded the whole experience. A trip to the dollar store for some kitchen, furnishings such as serving bowls , containers, more place settings would be good"

"Location was perfect! Right on the beach! The beach house is nice, a little outdated, & the bathtub definitely needs replaced, as you can tell the salt water has not been easy on it. The water smelted like sewage the whole time we were there. The WiFi/TV in the living room didn’t work half the time, but you’re at the beach! The views from the deck were beautiful! The amenities were nice! Overall, would stay here again! "

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, well furnished and laid out for 2 adults and kids to sleep comfortably. Loved the blackout curtains in the kids bedroom! :) Only draw back is that it was a little further walk to the beach club but weather was perfect so we didn’t mind the extra steps. Also wish there was a regular simple drip coffee maker instead of a Keurig but was still fabulous! Was well advertised and true to the description! We will be back to Pointe West again soon!"

"The condo itself was very nice, updated and well equipped. The view was beautiful. The beach was nice and clean. The property grounds needed attention. Grass was high. Sidewalks dirty. The mosquitoes swarmed every time we stepped outside. The elevator didn’t work. Grandparents trucking little ones and all the things up to the second floor was difficult. The a/c in the restaurant didn’t work. These outages were not relayed to us upon booking. The property manager wasn’t very responsive when...
