"Very comfortable for an overnight stay during a sports tournament. Everything was clean and comfortable and the people who helped us were as as nice as can be. One thing to know - if you are fragrance sensitive, the cleaning products the housekeeping staff uses are very strong smelling and there are room fragrance outlet … thingys. It did not bother us but someone who is sensitive might have a hard time. "

"We arrived on Friday to attend a Syracuse crunch game and we have no idea Saturday would be parade day (St Patrick’s)! We were supposed to check out Saturday, but we couldn’t leave because all the roads were blocked for the parade. Luckily, the hotel had a room and we ended up staying another night. I am so glad we did because the hotel offered a variety activities regarding the parade and we had the absolutely best time. "

"Hotel is to be desired. Room had garbage on the floor from what I can only assume was from the previous guest. Used dirty towel was stuffed in one of the dresser drawers. Hotel isn’t in the best of shape. The beds are comfortable at least. Random wire protruding through the wall. Not sure if it was live or not. Wasn’t about to touch it to test it. The staff were fabulous though. Very, very nice and friendly. Hotel itself just needs a lot of work. "

"Second time we've stayed at this particular hotel. Last year and this year for NYSPHAA Bowling States at AMF Strike and Spare Lanes in East Syracuse. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly desk clerk. Rooms are clean and smell fresh. Lousy view out the window but who cares. The price was great. It was close to the bowling alley and has a Tulley's on one side and a Dunkin Donuts on the other. Sweet! Recommend this place for sure. "
