"Beautiful property very friendly staff and great location We had dinner and was super . Breakfast delicious My only comment would be on the hotel and room temperature. Was so hot impossible to sleep. I tried to put the temperature down, don't think I was successful so switch on the fan Same in the lobby too high . Would be nice a room ambiance 20 degrees "

"I had the most comfortable stay at the family suite that made me feel like I’m at home. The bed and pillows had been the best that I had a good night sleep even on my first night and that rarely happens in all these years of travelling for work. The microwave and sink was an added bonus. I wish I could stay here until April whilst working in Gloucester but I needed a laundry facilities to wash my uniforms. Mona catered to all my needs and has been extremely accommodating. "

"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

We were met by Joan who was extremely hospitable and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, etc. Very good breakfast which was freshly prepared to order. "A lovely quiet setting, but easily accessible by car. The twin room I had was a bit tight, but everything worked. Breakfast was nice, sociable at one large table. However.... I made the mistake of following the Hotels.com map to the accommodation, which took me to an entirety different location, so I had to drive a further 25 minutes from home - I would not have booked Bluebell Farm had I known this. Bluebell Farm is NOT in Upton Snodsbury!!"

"Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...
