"Lovely hotel with great service, bed comfortable pillows amazing. Small negative was shower did not hold a constant temperature, but everything else amazing. If you walk up street and turn right there were multiple food and drink options including 2 craft beer places which was great to see. One last thing the breakfast was amazing and if you’re like me and want to eat local food, they had a chef that made Pho fresh for you. "

"Originally booked this hotel due to close proximity to pediatric hospital. My son had a fever the night before we left for the USA and so we needed to get quick access to the hospital if the fever worsened. We checked in at 2300. The front desk still had 2 workers there and there was two bell staff. They unloaded our luggage from the taxi and brought the luggage to our room. "A most enjoyable stay in a great location in HCMC. The front desk staff are friendly and most helpful with questions. The daily room service left my room refreshed and spotless. A delightful breakfast on a rooftop terrace with a wide selection, mostly Vietnamese food, but also some Western. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee (I'm VERY fussy when it comes to coffee - haha!!) I bought a large cup of Americano across the street before going up to breakfast."

"The breakfast and coffee was excellent. It was quiet and everyone was very hospitable and helpful. Room was very clean and laundry service was very quick. My only possible complaint is that the room was a bit small - but in a city like HCMC who needs to stay in their room for anything but a nights rest?"

"Bedroom booked had dodgy light switches that buzzed and crackled when used. Advertised with Swimming Pool, that wasn't the case though. 1 lift o/o/o during my stay, but it was Lunar New Years day, so I can see why it wasn't fixed! Staff were lovely, spoke better English than I hoped for and did everything to assist if called upon. Food from Breakfast to Evening meals were FANTASTIC and ive eaten in some great restuarants around the globe."
