"We booked the Lotte on a whim without knowing much about the hotel and it was a great choice. If you're looking for a hotel with a great pool this is the one for you. Pool is massive and there is barely anyone ever there. Staff are all very attentive and welcoming, rooms are nice. We were a little disappointed we had a SMART TV but no access to Netflix etc. The location is great, close to the water and walkable to other places in D1 like the market. Overall a great few nights at the Lotte."

"Tours to Mekong Delta picked up at this hotel. We stayed 12 th floor at back of hotel and it was quiet. Staff were very nice. The air conditioner in master bedroom was a little loud when compressor kicked in. The 2 bedrooms were large. Living room was large and had a large balcony. Pool area and hot tub clean. We felt the breakfast buffet was a little pricey so we did not eat there. Restaurants in area or you can take a Grab. Overall nice stay. "
