"Winter storm came through and iced the roads so we were unable to make it to our scheduled stay. The host was extremely gracious and granted us a full refund. We hope to actually make it up there sometime soon and will absolutely be staying at one of your properties!! Thank you!!"

A country like a neighborhood with nature all around.

"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

PGA District is only a 7 minute drive or 3 miles away.

"We were coming and going a lot, but the Little Elm Guest house was the perfect place for us to crash for four nights. Excellent king-sized bed, hot walk-in shower, and the perfect space for the price. "

"Cabin was very private and nice retreat after all day activities."

"The property was a great location. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Everyone was comfortable and we had a lot of fun. The hostess was accommodating . Only draw back was all the doorway entries had a lot of mosquitoes. Making it a little uncomfortable upon entry into the home. Other than that we had a really pleasurable stay. "
